Commitment Pathway is where your academy keeps its players' recruiting profiles. If you're on the roster, yours is already set up and waiting — your stats are on it right now.
How it works
Your profile already exists
Your academy set it up, and your season stats are already on it — games, goals, assists, or your goals-against and save percentage if you're a goalie. Nothing to build from scratch.
You add two things
A photo, and a video link. That's the whole job. A highlight reel on YouTube is ideal, but full game footage works too. Everything else is optional.
Coaches get one link
Instead of a long email with attachments, a coach opens one page with your stats, your video and your academics on it. It works on a phone, which is where they read it.
What you get out of it
The profile is the part people expect. This is the part they don't.
Which schools have room in your year
We track the roster of every NCAA D1 and U SPORTS women's programme and work out who graduates when. So you can see the schools that need a defender in your graduating class — not a guess, their actual roster maths.
The coaches' real email addresses
Names, titles and addresses for hundreds of college coaches, kept current. No hunting through athletics websites.
Their recruiting questionnaires
Most programmes have a form that puts you in their recruiting database. We hold the direct link for dozens of them — it's the step coaches ask for first, and the one most players never find.
Who can see it
Nothing is public until two things are true: your academy has recorded that a parent or guardian gave permission, and the profile has been published. Until then, anyone opening your link sees a page saying it's private.
The list of players isn't open to the internet. Browsing every athlete needs an account. An individual profile can be opened by a coach you send it to — that's the point of it — but nobody can page through everyone.
Your academy owns the facts. Stats, position and graduating year are theirs to set, and so is whether your profile is visible. Your photo, video, bio and email are yours.
Most players here are under 18, which is why it works this way. More detail is in the privacy policy.
What happens next
Your academy sends you an email with a link to claim your profile. You set a password, add a photo and a video, and you're done.
Check your junk folder
The invite comes from info@commitmentpathway.com. If it isn't in your inbox, look in junk or spam and mark it “not junk” — that also helps it reach your teammates.
You can't sign yourself up — your academy invites you, so you're always on their roster rather than floating on your own. If you think you've been missed, ask your coach.
